Intuitive in the United States is seeking a da Vinci Urology Gynecology Sales Manager to lead a specialty sales team driving adoption of the da Vinci Surgical Systems across URO and GYN.

You will collaborate with Clinical Sales Managers, expand surgeon networks, and work with ISI ecosystem resources to meet performance goals.

This role requires strong leadership, deep operating room knowledge, and a track record of growing high-performing medical device teams.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of clinical sales management experience.
• Deep knowledge of the Operating Room environment.
• Understanding of the capital equipment sales process.
• Proven experience leading a medical device sales team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in remote field management and training is a plus.

• Develop and execute a robust specialty sales strategy for URO and GYN.
• Expand the user base by cultivating a training pipeline of new surgeons.
• Collaborate with overlapping CSMs to align market strategies and plans.
• Lead and develop a high-performing URO and GYN sales team.
