• Build, lead, and manage a high-performing URO and GYN specialty sales team to exceed market goals.
• Develop and execute strategic specialty sales plans and coordinated account plans with overlapping CSMs.
• Expand the user base by cultivating a training pipeline of new surgeons and expanding specialty access.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support product education, clinical adoption, and procedural growth in URO and GYN.
