In this role, you will shape training pipelines, monitor market trends, and advocate for robotic-assisted solutions, ensuring post-sale education and customer satisfaction through cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading specialty medical device sales teams.
• Experience driving adoption of complex surgical systems (e.g., robotic platforms).
• Ability to design and execute territory and pipeline strategies.
• Strong coaching and performance management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute URO/GYN specialty sales strategy to exceed goals and drive da Vinci adoption.
• Expand surgeon training pipeline and collaborate with Clinical Sales Managers.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing specialty sales team.
• Hire, coach, and onboard reps; analyze market trends and data.
• Advocate for da Vinci Surgery and build surgeon/hospital partnerships.
• Support post-sale education and satisfaction via cross-functional collaboration.
