Becton, Dickinson, and Company is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to support customers in the BD Acute Urology portfolio. The role involves extensive regional travel, in-servicing, demonstrations, and account support to drive revenue and develop new business opportunities.

This developmental position emphasizes building clinical experience and selling skills, with a path toward Territory Manager. You will collaborate with the sales team and management to ensure patient safety and product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 0 to 2 years of general sales experience.
• Ability to travel 80%, including overnight travel.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and a driving record satisfactory to the company.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, communication, organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and respond to healthcare professionals and executives.

Responsabilités

• Support the Regional Manager to drive sales revenue across assigned accounts.
• Conduct product demonstrations, in-servicing, and product assessments.
• Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers and drive new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with field sales, logistics, and home office for customer evaluations and implementations.
• Attend local, regional, and national medical conferences as required.
• Maintain timely administrative duties such as reports and expense tracking.
