BD is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to provide field-level support for acute urology products and services across a broad territory. The role involves extensive travel to service existing accounts, perform product demonstrations, and drive revenue growth within assigned regions.

Candidates typically have a Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years of sales experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and a commitment to patient safety and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Supports assigned Regional Manager to drive sales revenue through product in-servicing, assessments and demonstrations.
• Builds sustainable relationships within accounts and coordinates with field sales, logistics, and scheduling.
• Delivers product demonstrations and customer education as required.
• Maintains clinical knowledge and territory management skills; manages expenses per BD policies.
• Attends medical conferences and completes required administrative duties on time.
