Bethany Christian Services USA LLC is seeking a URM Program Supervisor to oversee refugee and immigrant program operations. The role focuses on leading Sanctuary Model of Care in case management, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with licensing and funder requirements.

The position emphasizes building collaborative teams, coordinating intake and referrals, and maintaining program manuals while advancing community partnerships and timely service delivery.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or equivalent field.
• Master’s degree in Human Services or equivalent field if required by the program.
• At least two years of experience in child welfare or refugee resettlement.
• At least one year of experience managing others.

Mansioni

• Lead, model, and mentor the Sanctuary Model of Care principles in the case management team.
• Supervise staff in alignment with program, licensing, and funder requirements.
• Distribute case assignments fairly and maintain program manuals.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance relationships with referral sources and agencies.
• Coordinate intake, referrals, and discharge planning.
• Attend trainings and participate in community forums relevant to responsibilities.
