Job summary

Bethany Christian Services seeks a Refugee and Immigrant Children Clinical Supervisor to lead a team delivering trauma-informed clinical services. You will provide weekly supervision, coordinate clinical interventions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across program locations.

The role requires a Master’s in social work or related field, state licensure, and at least two years of post-graduate direct service experience, with preference for refugee/immigrant experience and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field and licensure to practice in-state.
• Minimum of 2 years post-graduate direct service delivery experience.
• Supervisory experience and ability to lead a clinical team.
• Licensed to provide clinical services in the care provider’s state.
• Experience with refugee/immigrant populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly individual supervision to clinical staff and oversee case management.
• Deliver trauma-informed clinical services to refugee and immigrant clients.
• Coordinate outside professional consultations and ensure timely documentation.
• Attend treatment team meetings and produce reports/testimony as needed.
• Remain available for on-call clinical emergencies and travel to partner facilities as required.
