Bethany Christian Services is seeking a URM Program Supervisor to lead the Sanctuary Model of Care within the case management team. You will supervise staff, distribute caseloads, and maintain program manuals while ensuring compliance with licensing and funder requirements.

You will also coordinate intake, referrals, and discharge planning with Aftercare, while promoting team development and maintaining positive working relationships with community agencies and referral sources.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Human Services or equivalent field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in child welfare or refugee resettlement.
• Minimum 1 year of staff supervision or management experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
• Active Child Welfare Certification may be required in state of work location.
• Must pass background checks and maintain licensure as applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor the development of Sanctuary Model of Care in case management.
• Supervise staff in line with program and licensing requirements.
• Distribute case assignments equitably and maintain program manuals.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and onboarding of new hires.
• Coordinate intake, referrals, and discharge planning with Aftercare.
