Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English fluency is strongly preferred.
• Must pass federal fingerprint screening and medical/driver checks.

Responsibilities

• Direct and support Youth Specialists; lead weekly meetings.
• Provide weekly supervision to supervisory staff.
• Do rounds to ensure safety and best care practices.
• Foster a positive, team‑oriented work environment.
• Attend weekly staff and resident meetings.
• Ensure policy and timekeeping compliance; manage requests.
• Develop and maintain the program operating manual.
• Hire, onboard, and train staff for operations.
• Oversee scheduling and staffing coverage.
• Keep current with agency and state regulations.
