Job summary

Bethany Christian Services USA LLC is seeking a Case Manager to support unaccompanied children, youth aging out, and foster families within the refugee and immigrant program. This on-site role in Paw Paw, MI serves as a critical link to reunification, counseling, and resource navigation.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field, with a master’s preferred, and at least one year of social work/case management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.
• Master’s degree in Human Services or Social Work preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in social work or case management preferred.
• Bilingual: English and another language preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; cross-cultural sensitivity.
• Comfort with flexible scheduling including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally sensitive case management to refugee and immigrant children during their first United States phase.
• Maintain up-to-date client files as required by stakeholders.
• Ensure services align with partner handbooks and contracts.
• Complete paperwork within contract timelines.
• Attend weekly meetings with supervisor and stakeholders to review cases and plans.
• Coordinate sponsorship and reunification staffing with stakeholders.
• Oversee intake and discharge processes with treatment team.
• Meet weekly with clients and provide transportation as needed.
• Stay compliant with agency, federal, and state regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
