Overlake Medical Center and Clinics seeks a Patient Services Representative to support Newcastle Urgent Care in Newcastle, WA. You will manage check-in, scheduling, and records, coordinating between patients and staff using Epic EMR.

Role is 24 hours per week with Tue & THU 3:00 PM–10:30 PM and Sat 12:00 PM–10:30 PM. Requires strong customer service, phone etiquette, and multi-tasking in a medical setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a medical facility preferred.
• Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer and front office services to patients.
• Coordinate communications among staff, patients, and providers about the patient check-in process.
• Collect records and ensure distribution to appropriate staff via the Epic EMR system; perform clerical, scheduling and records activities.
