Job summary

American Family Care, Inc. is seeking an operations manager to oversee an urgent care clinic. You will manage all non-physician staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and maintain facility operations and supplies.

Collaborate with Medical Director to deliver care per physician instructions, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and optimize front-office procedures and financial transactions. This role works closely with franchise location management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of two years experience supervising in a medical office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to deliver high levels of customer service and patient satisfaction.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory guidelines.
• CMA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and onboard staff for front office and clinical roles.
• Supervise, evaluate, and conduct performance reviews for non-provider staff.
• Coordinate with Medical Director to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations.
• Lead staff meetings, huddles, and training sessions.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and address concerns.
