Job summary

American Family Care Camp Hill is seeking an operations manager to oversee the daily functions of an urgent care clinic. You will manage non-physician staff, ensure quality patient care, and maintain clinic facilities and supplies.

In this role you will collaborate with the Medical Director, ensure regulatory compliance, manage finances and front-office procedures, and drive staff performance and patient satisfaction across the franchise location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years supervisory experience in a medical office preferred.
• Demonstrated skills in written, verbal, and consultative communications.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and onboard front office medical receptionists, medical assistants, x-ray and other positions.
• Supervise, evaluate, and conduct performance reviews for non-provider staff.
• Partner with Medical Director to ensure that medical care is delivered in accordance with physician instructions and that high-quality care is rendered.
• Ensure staff compliance with company policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations.
• Lead staff meetings, daily huddles, and in-service programs.
• Spearhead the resolution of patient and staff concerns while monitoring patient satisfaction.
• Ensure maintenance and cleanliness of the facility and adequate stock of medical and janitorial supplies.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement continual improvement programs.
