American Family Care, Inc. is seeking a Clinic Operations Manager to oversee urgent care operations and non-physician staff. You will manage onboarding, scheduling, quality of patient care, and facility maintenance, ensuring accurate patient charges.

This role works with a franchised AFC location and duties may vary by franchise. You will collaborate with the Medical Director to ensure that medical care aligns with physician instructions, drive staff meetings, monitor KPIs, and lead initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field.
• Minimum two years in a supervisory role in a medical office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, hire, and onboard diverse roles including front office staff and medical assistants.
• Supervise, evaluate, and conduct performance reviews for non-provider staff.
• Partner with Medical Director to ensure high-quality patient care per physician instructions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and state/federal regulations.
• Lead staff meetings, daily huddles, and in-service programs.
• Address patient and staff concerns and monitor patient satisfaction.
• Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and front office procedures.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and stock of supplies.
• Monitor KPIs and implement continual improvement programs.
