American Family Care Dalton is seeking an operations manager to oversee non-physician staff at a franchised urgent care location. You will manage onboarding, staff performance, compliance, and patient satisfaction while ensuring facility operations and supplies are maintained.

The role partners with the Medical Director to ensure high-quality care and adherence to policies, with emphasis on efficient front desk operations and accurate billing processes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience in medical office.
• Strong written and verbal communication and consultative skills.
• Ability to deliver high levels of customer service and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Recruit, hire, and onboard front office receptionists, medical assistants, x-ray staff, and other roles.
• Supervise and evaluate non-provider staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Coordinate with Medical Director to ensure high-quality care.
• Ensure staff compliance with policies and state and federal rules.
• Lead staff meetings, daily huddles, and in-service programs.
• Spearhead resolution of patient and staff concerns while monitoring satisfaction.
• Oversee front office procedures and accuracy of financial transactions.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and stock of supplies.
• Monitor KPIs and implement continual improvement programs.
