The role involves liaison with franchise leadership and maintaining facility standards. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in medical settings, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years supervisory experience in a medical office preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and consultative communication skills.
• Ability to deliver high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and onboard front office medical receptionist, medical assistant, x-ray, and other positions.
• Supervise, evaluate, and conduct performance reviews of non-provider staff.
• Partner with Medical Director to ensure medical care aligns with physician instructions and high-quality care is rendered.
• Ensure staff compliance with company policies and state and federal regulations.
• Lead staff meetings, daily huddles, and in-service programs.
• Address patient and staff concerns and monitor patient satisfaction.
• Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and front office procedures.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and adequate stock of supplies.
• Monitor KPIs and implement programs for continual improvement.
