You’ll supervise Medical Assistants, Receptionists, and X‑Ray Techs, partner with Providers, and own patient flow, scheduling, and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes leadership, budget oversight, and KPI monitoring in a fast‑paced urgent care setting, with opportunities to shape clinical excellence and service delivery across AFC clinics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare management experience, preferably in urgent care, outpatient, or ambulatory care.
• Strong leadership background - coach, inspire, and retain high‑performing teams.
• Clinical experience or Medical Assistant certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor non-provider staff, cultivating a culture of service, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Manage day-to-day clinic operations - patient flow, scheduling accuracy, efficient resource use.
• Monitor KPIs: wait times, patient satisfaction (NPS), staff turnover, and budget adherence.
• Maintain HIPAA/OSHA compliance and internal protocols.
• Handle recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, payroll, and performance management.
• Serve as primary liaison with regional leadership and communicate performance data.
• Oversee clinic finances, including budget control and P&L tracking.
• Support on the floor during peak hours.
