Job summary

American Family Care is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee operations for an urgent care clinic. You will manage all non-physician staff, ensure quality patient care, and maintain the clinic building and supplies.

This role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced healthcare environment, with responsibilities spanning financial performance, staffing, patient experience, compliance with HIPAA/OSHA/CLIA, and ongoing process improvements across franchises.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and a patient-centered approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; consultative with teams and providers.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory guidelines (HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA) is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and administrative functions.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and clinic workflows.
• Ensure HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA compliance and quality patient care.
• Drive operational improvements, patient growth, and team development.
