The Operations Manager will oversee non-physician clinic staff, ensure quality patient care, and manage building maintenance, supplies, and accurate patient billing at a franchised AFC location. Specific duties may vary by franchise.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience in a medical office preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to deliver high levels of customer service and ensure satisfaction.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and onboard front office receptionist, medical assistant, x-ray, and other positions.
• Supervise, evaluate, and conduct performance reviews of non-provider staff.
• Partner with Medical Director to ensure high-quality care per physician instructions.
• Ensure staff compliance with company policies and regulatory rules.
