You will coordinate facility maintenance, supplies, and accurate charge capture while working with a franchised location.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, regulatory adherence, and ongoing process improvement in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of two years experience in a supervisory role in a medical office preferred.
• Demonstrated skills in written, verbal, and consultative communications.
• Ability to deliver high levels of customer service and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and administrative functions.
• Staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and development.
• Oversee facility maintenance, equipment management, and inventory controls.
• Ensure HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, labor laws, and AFC Standards compliance.
• Partner with HR on employee relations and performance improvement plans.
