Job summary

American Family Care (AFC Urgent Care) seeks a Senior Manager of Operations to lead day-to-day operations across four urgent care centers. This hands-on leader will build operational consistency, develop clinic leadership, and strengthen systems to deliver an exceptional patient and staff experience.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field or equivalent healthcare operations leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee multi-site clinic operations across four AFC Urgent Care locations, coaching Center Administrators and ensuring consistent performance.
Lead clinic audits, corrective action plans, and SOP rollout across all sites to drive standardization and compliance.
Improve policies, protocols, and processes to support scalable growth and reduce operational variation between centers.
Partner with Revenue Cycle Management, Marketing, Development, IT, and Finance to optimize clinic profitability and patient experience.
