Job summary

ALDI is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program. Over a 44-week training period, you will gain hands-on experience preparing to oversee multiple ALDI stores.

You will work with store managers to ensure customer service excellence, a positive working environment, and operational excellence to accelerate sales growth. Starting salary is $95,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus and scheduled increases to $110,000 in Year 2, $120,000 in Year 3, and $130,000 in Year 4.

Qualifications

• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities required to lead store operations, develop teams and manage district performance.
• Ability to interpret ALDI policies and drive results across multiple stores.
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Experience coordinating staffing, training and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Directs store management teams to achieve sales and KPI targets.
• Develops action plans to improve operating results across district stores.
• Oversees staffing, recruitment and staff development for district locations.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, safety and customer service standards.
