Job summary

ALDI is seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our District Manager Trainee (DMT) program. Over a 44-week training period you will gain hands‑on experience preparing you to oversee multiple ALDI stores and lead store managers.

As a district manager, you will drive customer service, foster a positive team environment, and pursue sales growth. Starting salary is $95,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus, increasing to $110,000, $120,000 and $130,000 in subsequent years.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store management to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Communicates expectations and builds a high-performing district team.
• Plans and implements action plans to improve operating results and staffing.
• Oversees staffing, recruitment, promotion, and staff development across districts.
