Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program in the New York City area. Over a 44-week training period you will gain knowledge and hands-on experience to oversee multiple ALDI stores and develop store management teams.

The role includes a starting salary of $105,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus and staged increases to $120,000, $130,000, and $140,000 in subsequent years. Daily travel with a company car is required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, promote and staff locations within the district.
• Coach and develop direct reports to maximize potential.
• Oversee policy compliance and safety across the district; resolve escalated issues.
• Communicate and model ALDI core values at all levels.
• Monitor KPI results and implement district plans and budgets.
