Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program. A 44-week intensive training will prepare you to oversee multiple ALDI stores, drive sales, and foster a positive working environment.

Starting salary is $105,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus and planned increases through Year 4. The role emphasizes leadership of store management, recruitment, coaching, and ensuring operational excellence across districts in the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic region.

• Ability to read and apply operating policies and manage budgets.
