ALDI is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program. Over a 44-week training period, you will gain knowledge and hands-on experience preparing you to oversee multiple ALDI stores.

As a district manager, you will work with store managers to ensure exceptional service, positive work environment, and sales growth. Starting salary is $95,000 with a signing bonus of $5,000 and future increases to $110,000, $120,000, and $130,000.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to recruit, develop, and supervise store management teams.

Responsabilidades

• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to store management; leads and develops store management personnel.
• Leads, develops, and supervises the store manager team to grow sales and ensure high performance.
• Supports store management in fostering a positive working environment and teamwork.
• Develops action plans to improve operating results using company resources.
• Oversees staffing, recruitment, and succession planning across the district.
• Trains and evaluates direct reports to maximize professional potential.
