ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for our District Manager Trainee (DMT) program. Over a 44-week training period you will gain hands-on experience preparing you to oversee multiple stores and lead store management teams across the South Windsor division serving the New York City area.

Starting at $105,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus and scheduled increases to $120k, $130k, and $140k over four years, this full-time program emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, and customer

Qualifications

• Ability to develop rapport and open communication with direct reports.
• Ability to facilitate group involvement during meetings.
• Knowledge of ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Ability to evaluate financial performance for decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead store management teams to develop sales and achieve high performance.
• Recruit, select, promote, and staff district locations.
• Coach and train direct reports to reach potential.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
