Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program. Over a 44-week training period you will gain comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience to oversee multiple ALDI stores and lead store management to drive sales growth and exceptional customer service.

This full-time role covers areas within the South Windsor division serving New York City, with starting salary of $105,000 and a $5,000 signing bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Ability to develop rapport and communicate effectively with teams.
• Strong problem solving and conflict management skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Leads, develops, and supervises the store manager team to grow sales and high performance.
• Ensures positive working environment and teamwork across staff.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees staffing, recruitment, and training for district locations.
