Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking friendly servers to guide guests through our food, wine, and Wine Club experiences. You’ll deliver attentive service, upsell, and create memorable moments while ensuring safety and accuracy in a fast-paced, upscale casual setting.

We value guests, teamwork, and thoughtful conversation; training includes wine club benefits and ongoing education, with opportunities for growth and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age and six months of server experience.
• Experience in full service or upscale casual dining preferred.
• Comfort speaking about food, wine, and our Wine Club program.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced setting.
• Must lift 40 pounds and stand for up to 10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time, in proper uniform; know the menu, wine list, and steps of service.
• Use the POS system and handle payments with accuracy.
• Follow SOPs to prepare work areas for opening, mid-shift, or closing.
• Serve food and drinks with speed and care; follow alcohol service guidelines.
• Communicate clearly with Kitchen, Hosts, Runners, Bartenders, and Managers.
