Applicants should be 21+, with prior server experience in upscale casual settings, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have server experience.
• Experience in full service or upscale casual dining preferred.
• Comfort speaking about food, wine, and our Wine Club program.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Show up prepared, arrive on time, and maintain uniform standards.
• Know the menu, wine list, and steps of service.
• Use the POS system and handle payments with accuracy.
• Explain the Cooper’s Hawk Wine Club benefits to guests.
• Follow SOPs to prep, open, mid-shift, or close the service area.
