Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk is hiring a Server in Wisconsin to deliver a warm, guest-focused dining experience. You will describe menu items and wines, promote the Wine Club, and coordinate with teammates to ensure smooth service.

The role requires at least 6 months of server experience and a hospitality mindset. You will engage guests, upsell where appropriate, and work in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of server experience.
• Experience in a full-service upscale casual restaurant or equivalent.
• Comfortable educating guests on the Wine Club membership program.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with hospitality and answer questions about food, wine and facilities.
• Maintain knowledge of food, drink, wine menus and steps of service.
• Educate guests on the Cooper’s Hawk Wine Club and invite participation to grow membership.
• Communicate with bartenders, hosts and food runners to ensure a memorable guest experience.
• Deliver food orders promptly and serve beverages safely.
• Follow standard operating procedures and assist as needed.
