Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk in Springfield, IL seeks a Server to deliver outstanding guest experiences through team-based service, wine education, and menu knowledge. You will greet guests, maintain knowledge of food, wine, and tasting room offerings, invite guests to join the Wine Club, and collaborate with bartenders, hosts and runners to ensure a memorable visit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of server experience required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to educate guests on wine club and menu.
• Strong customer service and team-based approach.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with hospitality and answer questions about food and wine.
• Maintain knowledge of Cooper’s Hawk menu, wine list, and service steps.
• Educate guests on the Wine Club and invite membership.
• Coordinate with bartenders, hosts, and runners to ensure memorable service.
• Deliver food to tables promptly and serve beverages per guidelines.
• Follow SOPs to prepare areas for opening, shift, and closing.
