Cooper’s Hawk Winery seeks friendly servers to guide guests through our food, wine, and Wine Club experiences in an upscale casual setting. You’ll warmly engage guests, present menus, upsell Wine Club benefits, and maintain excellent service standards.

Applicants should be 21+ with six months of server experience, able to lift 40 pounds, and flexible for weekends/holidays. We offer comprehensive benefits and team rewards.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age and six months of server experience.
• Experience in full service or upscale casual dining is beneficial.
• Comfort speaking about food, wine, and our Wine Club program.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food and drinks with speed and accuracy.
• Follow legal guidelines for alcohol service and ensure guest safety.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, wine list, and Wine Club offerings.
• Collaborate with team members to keep service flowing and guest satisfaction high.
• Engage guests, personalize interactions, and educate about Wine Club perks.
