Cooper’s Hawk Winery seeks a personable Server to guide guests through our food, wine, and Wine Club experiences with warmth and care. You’ll contribute to memorable visits by sharing menu insights, maintaining professionalism, and upholding SOPs during all service phases.

Ideal candidates bring a hospitality mindset, strong teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while delivering consistent, memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Six months of server experience required.
• Experience in upscale casual dining preferred.
• Comfort speaking about food, wine, and our Wine Club program.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time in proper uniform.
• Know the menu, wine list, and steps of service.
• Use the POS system and process payments accurately.
• Explain the Cooper’s Hawk Wine Club offerings to guests.
• Follow SOPs to prep for opening, mid-shift, or closing.
• Serve food and drinks with speed and care.
• Follow legal guidelines for alcohol service.
• Take initiative to support the guest experience.
• Communicate with Kitchen, Hosts, Runners, Bartenders, and Managers.
