Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking friendly servers who excel in hospitality and are passionate about wine. You will guide guests through the menu, wine pairings, and the Wine Club offerings while delivering attentive, team-based service.

Responsibilities include accurate POS handling, upholding service standards, and creating memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. Prior experience in upscale casual dining is preferred; must be 21+.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have six months of server experience.
• Experience in full service or upscale casual dining is preferred.
• Comfort speaking about food, wine, and our Wine Club program.

Responsabilités

• Serve food and drinks with speed and care.
• Know the menu, wine list, and steps of service.
• Use the POS system and handle payments accurately.
• Engage guests with warmth and upsell when appropriate.
