Qualifications

• Six months of server experience minimum.
• Experience in full-service or upscale casual dining preferred.
• Comfort speaking about food, wine, and the Wine Club program.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time in proper uniform.
• Know the menu, wine list, and steps of service.
• Use the POS system and handle payments accurately.
• Follow SOPs to prepare work areas for opening, mid-shift, or closing.
• Serve food and drinks with speed and care.
• Follow legal guidelines for alcohol service.
