Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking friendly, guest-focused Servers to guide guests through food, wine, and the Wine Club experience in a lively, upscale casual dining setting.

You’ll contribute to memorable visits by delivering attentive service, sharing wine knowledge, and helping guests feel welcome from arrival to farewell. This role emphasizes teamwork, efficiency, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age and six months of server experience.
• Experience in full service or upscale casual dining preferred.
• Comfort speaking about food, wine, and our Wine Club program.
• A passion for hospitality and working as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds and stand for up to 10 hours.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and drinks with speed and care.
• Know the menu, wine list, and steps of service.
• Use the POS system and handle payments with accuracy.
• Understand the benefits of the Cooper’s Hawk Wine Club and its offerings.
• Follow departmental checklists and standard operating procedures to prepare work areas for opening, mid-shift, or closing.
• Jump in where needed to help the team and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Welcome guests warmly, use their names, and tailor recommendations to enhance the experience.
• Educate guests about wine and invite them to join the Wine Club.
