Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience running a high-volume upscale restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food, drink, and dining quality with focus on seafood and raw bar offerings.
• Ensure service standards and consistency across operations.
• Manage annual budget, scheduling, and labor costs to meet financial goals.
• Coordinate FOH/BOH with emphasis on health, safety, and cleanliness.
