The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Florida with 5+ years of experience managing high-volume upscale restaurants. The GM will lead operations, finances, people and culture, while engaging with the local community to source quality products and deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

As an ambassador for Indigo Road, you’ll champion internal hospitality, drive staff development, and ensure a positive, memorable experience for both team members and guests

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing a high-volume upscale restaurant
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional dining experiences
• Compassion for people and alignment with Indigo Road values
• Strong problem-resolution skills and organizational detail
• Effective communication across teams and with guests
