The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for a high-volume, upscale restaurant in Arkansas. You will lead daily operations, ensure exceptional dining experiences, and drive staff development while embodying Indigo Road’s hospitality philosophy.

With 5+ years in similar roles, you will oversee guest satisfaction, finances, people, culture and events, acting as a visible ambassador for Indigo Road in the local community.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successfully running a high-volume and upscale food focused restaurant
• Proven experience delivering top-notch dining experiences
• Compassion for people and embrace Indigo Road core values
• Strong problem resolution skills and ability to proactively set the team up for success
• Have exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
• Effective communication skills and the ability to navigate important conversation
