Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Thrive in high-volume, scratch kitchen environments.
• Passionate about Internal Hospitality and embracing core values.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone for guest experience by leading a positive, collaborative team.
• Oversee, maintain and manage food and service quality.
• Assess, implement and manage service standards across procedures.
• Forecast financial trends to control labor, food and beverage costs.
