You will support the General Manager in daily operations, finance, and guest relations, while fostering a positive work environment and leading staff development.

You will also collaborate with local vendors and farms to source sustainable ingredients and ensure top-tier service, quality, and brand integrity across our restaurants.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to meet goals.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, cost controls, and menu planning.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with guests and stakeholders.
• Commitment to hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
