The Indigo Road Hospitality Group (IRHG) is seeking a Floor Manager at one of our upscale restaurant concepts. With 3+ years of managing high-volume operations, you will drive exceptional guest experiences, lead staff, and uphold brand standards.

You will oversee FOH and BOH, manage budgets, scheduling, and inventory, and collaborate with culinary teams to showcase fresh ingredients while maintaining safety and service quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of managing high-volume upscale restaurants.
• Passion for fresh, local ingredients and community engagement.
• Ability to oversee FOH/BOH operations and staff development.
• Strong communication and problem-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Influence and lead a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Oversee food, drink, and service quality, focusing on fresh seafood and raw bar.
• Ensure consistent operating procedures and service standards.
• Prepare and monitor the annual budget and expenditures.
• Develop strategic objectives across recruitment, finances, and operations.
• Create weekly schedules and manage labour and inventory.
• Partner with FOH and BOH to maintain a positive work environment.
• Lead by example on health, safety, and cleanliness.
