Choice Hotels International seeks an Area Director, Upscale Franchise Performance to drive financial, commercial, and guest-experience performance across upscale to full-service hotels in the United States. You will advise franchise owners and leaders, translate strategies into property actions, and lead data-driven recommendations with no direct reports.

Formación

• 8–10 years of relevant hospitality, hotel operations, franchise performance, or related experience.
• Experience advising hotel owners, operators, General Managers, or senior property leaders on performance.
• Experience evaluating hotel P&Ls and translating financial data into actionable strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Advise franchisees on revenue-management practices, demand forecasting, pricing, and distribution.
• Develop and influence property-specific revenue, sales, and marketing plans based on local market conditions.
• Translate data into clear recommendations for franchise owners and hotel leaders.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to support portfolio growth and franchisee success.
