Qualifications

• Fifteen years in hotel industry with commercial strategy focus.
• Ten years in hotel leadership roles.
• Proven ability to influence decisions via analytics.
• Experience in a matrixed org with cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Advise owners and operators using portfolio and market data to identify revenue opportunities.
• Conduct property visits and business reviews linking revenue strategy to growth.
• Influence adoption of commercial priorities with clear accountability and goals.
• Evaluate demand, pricing, distribution, and sales performance to target high-value opportunities.
• Develop action-oriented recommendations to improve RevPAR, occupancy, and profitability.
• Partner with Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Loyalty, Distribution, Brand, and Operations.
