Choice Hotels International, Inc. is seeking an Area Director, Franchise Performance for Core Brands to drive commercial performance across a portfolio of midscale and upper midscale franchised hotels.

You will advise owners/operators using data to identify revenue opportunities and growth initiatives, and influence execution of strategic plans. The role partners with Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Loyalty, Distribution, Brand, and Operations to support commercial excellence, owner

Qualifications

• Minimum fifteen (15) years of progressive hotel industry experience with commercial strategy responsibility.
• Minimum ten (10) years of hotel leadership experience, preferably in franchise performance or multi-unit roles.
• Track record of improving RevPAR, market share and owner profitability.

Responsibilities

• Advise hotel owners/operators using data to identify revenue opportunities and growth initiatives.
• Conduct performance reviews, on-site visits, and business consultations to drive profitable growth.
• Influence adoption of commercial priorities with clear accountability and follow-up.
• Analyze market demand, pricing, distribution, and channel performance to prioritize opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Loyalty, Distribution, Brand, and Operations.
