Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead and manage a team of revenue optimization professionals and oversee two direct-report Regional Managers and their teams.
• Change Management: Develop change interventions and deliverables with communication plans, training and engagement materials.
• Service Optimization: Collaborate with Commercial and other stakeholders to enhance pricing strategies and customer experience to drive revenue growth.
• Process Improvement & Business Readiness: Implement and refine revenue optimization processes, systems, and policies for efficiency and profitability.
• Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs and monitor gaps to achieve targets and Commercial Plan goals.
• Franchisee Focus: Maintain a customer-centric revenue strategy aligned with franchisee needs and expectations.
