Responsibilities

• Drive commercial performance for a portfolio of midscale and upper midscale franchised hotels, acting as a trusted advisor to owners and operators.
• Use revenue, market, and operational data to develop strategic action plans that improve RevPAR, market share, ADR, occupancy, and profitability.
• Partner with Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Loyalty, and Operations teams, with approximately 70% travel across an assigned Oregon territory.
