Job summary

Choice Hotels International, Inc. is seeking a Director of Revenue Management for Upscale Brands to lead a multi-layer team across the Upscale portfolio and ChoiceROCS program. The role drives pricing, performance, and education to optimize hotel revenue and franchisee outcomes.

You will manage two Regional Managers and ~20 Revenue Managers, shaping strategy, change management, and stakeholder collaboration to maximize profitability while enabling adoption of new tools and processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Experience driving revenue growth with a focus on operational excellence.
• Experience leading a team and delivering organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of revenue optimization professionals and managers.
• Develop change interventions and communication plans with stakeholders.
• Collaborate across Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Loyalty, and Operations to optimize pricing and customer experience.
• Establish KPIs and report progress to leaders; close gaps to targets.
