Job summary

Biltmore Workforce Management is seeking a Server for the busy dining room at Biltmore. You will coordinate table service, communicate with front and back of house, and deliver warm, attentive hospitality to every guest while following Biltmore service standards.

The role is part-time, up to 20 hours per week, with shifts ranging 9am–12am and required weekend availability. Prior full-service dining experience is preferred; opportunities to upsell and work as a team across outlets are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 6 months of restaurant serving experience preferred.
• Experience in fine dining or upscale settings is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Process guest orders to ensure items are prepared properly and promptly.
• Present, open, and pour wine when serving guests.
• Observe diners to ensure satisfaction and respond to requests.
• Total bills and accept payment or refer guests to supervisors.
• Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience.
• Work on POS system and maintain clean uniforms and appearance.
